The slow down in the home moving market has resulted in less buyers and sellers available, so when opportunities have come up to sell, many people are completing this transaction even if they do not have a new property to buy.

Suzanne Knowles of Kent Space in Chatham has found storage providing a stimulus for home moving customers. People are taking the opportunity to sell their properties, put their goods into storage and move into rented accommodation.

Rented accommodation is often partly furnished so we have found customers requiring clean, safe and secure self storage where they can access their possessions whenever they need. Also providing home movers with all the packing materials is essential and this is something we always have in stock.
